Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and therapists, please note the following:

• 24 Hours’ Notice: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no extra cost. Your deposit will be fully transferable or refundable.
• Within 24 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
• No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full treatment fee may be charged.
• Running Late: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting the next client. The full treatment fee will still apply.
