Reiki Healing

A gentle technique used to balance energy and allow blockages to be released. This restores vitality and improves general wellbeing.
Oxygen Therapy
60 minutes - $90
Often referred to as Re-Birthing, focuses on a specific breathing technique that will help release stress accumulated, often from traumatic early childhood experiences. Feel at peace and relaxed in both body and soul.
When we release suppressions our sense of self and our relationship with others is transformed to one of calmness . Often a feeling of positive energy and a natural high is felt.
